
Kevin Collins is a Senior Leadership,
Management and Team Development Consultant for Character of Excellence, LLC.
He has 15 years of experience in international leadership and management
development with experience working with multi-national corporations,
non-profit organizations and start-ups.
As an experienced business leader,
entrepreneur, and educator, he is able to catalyze dynamic, collaborative,
work environments specializing in developing high performance teams
leveraging the diverse strengths of the individual players.
He has delivered programs in Spanish,
English, and through translation. He brings real world leadership,
management, sales and coaching experience having worked in leadership
positions and as a consultant all over the world – from North America to
South America to Europe - helping organizations, teams, and individuals
reach sustained, repeatable levels of excellence and success.
His focus is on the transferring of learning
to actual, positive outcomes through dynamic, interactive, experiential,
learning environments.
In addition, Kevin coached and played
professional basketball in Europe, and was a basketball and football player
at Harvard University. He currently gets his exercise chasing his 4 year old
twins around the house.
