Scott was instrumental
in setting up our Remote Training System. One of our challenges at Spirent was
to rapidly transfer changing information and technologies to the sales force.
This was very expensive and time consuming. The new program allowed our
salespeople to spend more time with customers and less time traveling. We
estimated that this saved Spirent over $5 million per year.
