I. Overview
The Leadership Effectiveness Survey (LES) is a multi-rater
feedback process that provides experienced professionals with an opportunity
to receive an evaluation of their job performance from the people around them
– their supervisor, their peers, and their subordinates.
II. Process
The process begins when the experienced professional
participates by evaluating him- or herself on a specific set of criteria.
This is followed by a non-identified evaluation from the
participant’s manager, peers, and subordinates.
Finally, the participant receives a gap analysis detailing how
the professional’s perception compares to the perceptions of others.
A one-on-one confidential debrief is provided by a qualified
professional. During this session, key performance strengths are identified
and areas for professional development are established.

The LES measures several different performance areas that are
fundamental to building and maintaining a successful career.

IV. Inventory Delivery Format
The participant or organization may choose between two formats.
Choose the one that is most convenient for you or the one that best fits your
work environment.
V. Feedback Delivery Format
Delivery of the participant’s results will be presented in the format
consistent with the LES format chosen. Once results are available,
professional feedback is crucial to gain the most out of your results.

telephone or face-to-face.
A qualified internal professional delivers feedback following industry
“best practices.”
