business and was certified in 2003 by the Women’s Business Council-Southwest,
a partner organization to the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council
(WBENC).
WBENC is the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned and operated by
women in the United States. Our certification by WBENC allows contracts with
Character of Excellence to be counted toward supplier diversity
programs in U.S. companies and government agencies.
