Character of
Excellence, LLC
was founded on the
belief that through facilitated learning and leadership development
individuals, teams and organizations can soar above the masses.
From its inception,
the company has experienced
rapid growth and currently consists of twenty-five senior-level consultants
located across the United States. From their home bases, these consultants
serve clients from coast to coast and in Canada. Please see

We are a women-owned business and certified by the
Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, which is the largest
third-party certifier of women-owned businesses in the nation. Our
certification allows contracts with Character of Excellence to be
counted toward supplier diversity programs in U.S. companies and
government agencies.
As an overarching guide for our services, we use a
competency-based organizational model developed by Dr. David Payne, industrial
psychologist and success profiling expert. Our goal is to align key organizational processes so that they
work together.
