Stephanie Flack is a Senior Human Resource Consultant for Character of Excellence.  She has spent over 20 years advising and providing practical solutions to individuals and organizations in transition.  She combines a strategic, results-oriented approach to business needs with the relationship management skills to coach and counsel senior management on global human resource issues.

Stephanie has had extensive experience working for multinational corporations leading the human resources function in the United States and has also provided consulting services to organizations abroad. More recently, Stephanie has been an executive coach to senior managers in transition. Her business acumen, experience and counseling skills enable her to gain immediate credibility with clients.
