Linda Kirby is a Senior Consultant and Trainer for Character of Excellence.  She consults with organizations, designs training programs, develops training materials, and delivers training for organizations, with a focus on organizational change, leadership development, and team effectiveness. She is a certified Myers-Briggs Type IndicatorŽ practitioner, applying the MBTIŽ instrument nationally and internationally. She has written and edited a number of books and chapters, including The Challenge of Change in Organizations (1995), Developing Leaders (1997), WORKTypes (1997), and Introduction to Type (1998).

  • Designing and facilitating programs to address those issues

  • Challenging leaders and groups to deal honestly with real problems
