Diana Wright is a
Senior Consultant for Character of Excellence, LLC. She has 20 years of
experience bringing skills and personal insight to positions in human
resources, organizational development, psychotherapy and executive
consulting. Focusing on talent assessment and development, her tools are
assessments, coaching conversations and leadership training.
Through corporate roles, Diana
has partnered with executives and line management to improve the performance
of individuals, teams and organizations through needs analysis, design and
rollout of interventions, assessment, coaching and performance management.
Specific initiatives included optimization of selection processes, sales
force transformations, business reorganizations, joint ventures, business
consolidations and senior leadership changes.
